Excellent experience from start to finish, Lina did a very thorough dental cleaning, the front desk were welcoming and helpful and all the treatment needed was explained clearly and in detail by Dr. Jhun. Highly recommend this office.

My family has been visiting Newcastle Dental since 2023. Besides regular cleanings, I have had two implants and several fillings done. My daughter is currently having braces, which are almost finished, and she also had four teeth removed as part of her orthodontic treatment. My implants and my daughter’s braces and tooth extractions were handled by Dr. Han. He is very professional, and I am very satisfied with the results. Even though my daughter still has her braces on, her teeth already look great. My fillings were done by Dr. Jhun. She is also very professional, and both my upper and lower teeth fillings look amazing. I really dislike anesthetic injections, but the results were definitely worth it. The hygienist, Lena (hope I spelled her name correctly), is gentle, friendly, and always takes good care when cleaning my teeth. The receptionists are wonderful too. Everyone at the clinic is kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Newcastle Dental to anyone looking for a dental clinic.

Great service from the front office (receptionist to Dr .Jhun. She was amazing explaining things. She took care a cavity and she cleaned my teeth. She was amazing cleaning my teeth I never a dentist clean my teeth. It was liked work of art for her making sure I get the best cleaning done. I recently moved to Newcastle and have a lot of dental anxiety due to past experiences, so it took me a while to find a clinic that was a good fit. From the moment I walked in, the team at Newcastle Dental made me feel respected, listened to, and never rushed. The receptionist and dental assistant were so welcoming and kind. Lina’s gentle cleaning was the best I’ve had, and Dr. Jhun explained my options clearly and patiently. Everyone from reception to treatment helped me feel calm. For anyone with dental anxiety (like me), this office is something special. I would not say I’m looking forward to my upcoming treatments, but I don’t feel over-run with anxiety so that’s something I never thought I would say!
